OCME's can offer complete filling lines from Depalletising right through to Palletising and automated warehousing.  OCME have followed a continuous program of development to ensure that we can offer the flexibility and speeds required from modern high speed filling lines. Ranges of machines have been developed suitable for a variety of Glass bottle shapes including tri-angular and kidney.
 
At the start of the line, our Doarado and Antares range of Depalletisers have been developed to handle glass bottles in a safe and reliable manner. Options exist for automatic layer pad removal and pallet lifting to ease stretchfilm removal. Automatic pallet checking and restacking can be offered.
 
Single liners are available to take the mass of bottles down to a single row ready to feed in to the bottle washer.
Our range of Hydra spirit fillers include many features to make them ideal for a high speed yet flexible production enviroment.
 
Our ALTAIR range of wraparound packers is available for speeds up to 80 packs per minute and can offer automatic division insertion. Servo drives and computer control is used together with many other features to reduce changeover times to a minimum.
 
Our VEGA range of shrinkwrappers offer speeds up to 100 packs per minute. Pack formats include tray and film, flat pad and film or film only.
 

Print registered film can be offerred on all formats. Automatic film reel changeover is available to reduce operator presence. As with our wraparound packers, many features are used to reduce changeover times to a minimum.
 

For the best of both worlds, our Gemini range of machines have the ability to pack in either wraparound or shrinkwrap with all the same features of the individual machines.
 

At the end of the line, conventional PERSEUS Palletisers offer a robust and economic solution. For a more flexible alternative Robotic PEGASUS Palletisers are suitable for some applications.
 

Linking all the above, OCME can supply a full range of conveyors, stretchwrappers and AGV's. The AGV Automatic Guided Vehicles can bring raw materials to the line as well as take full pallets to the warehouse.
