Filling with light Vacuum The machine filling cycle is assisted by a light vacuum with recovery of spirit product inside the filling tank. High accuracy can be achieved by using a self levelling device |

Higher filling speeds thanks to the bigger section of product flow Our machines give less turbulence compared to competitors allowing higher flow rates e.g - 12,000 bph with 0.75L = 40 valves - 21,000 bph with 0.75L = 60 valves |

Pneumatic activator to control air

This device allows the vacuum to stop on the valves that are running in the 'rest' phase (i.e after finishing filling one bottle and before filling the next). In this way air consumption is minimised. |

The filling valve can be adjusted automatically according to different product temperatures (e.g night and day time variations) |
