For the past 50 years, OCME have been working together with most of the major oil companies to supply Oil Filling Lines based on OCME Oil Filling Machines and OCME packing machines. We can offer complete filling lines from depalletising, filling, capping, packing and palletising through to automated warehouse solutions including AGV's. Formats include small 0.5L plastic containers right through to 1000 L bulk containers (IBC's). We have regularly been challenged with a wide variety of container styles and shapes and can draw on our vast experience to offer complete, reliable solutions to our customers. As a result, many such reference sites exist around the World. We have a machine for every type of application.

Oils handled include all the normal lubricating oils through to edible oils, anti-freeze and many special oils.

At the start of the line, we can offer Unscrambling or Depalletising machines, through various styles of container Conveyors to either In-Line or Rotary Weight or Volumetric Filler/Cappers. Once filled and capped, the smaller containers are transported to either a Wraparound or Shrink wrapper machine before being conveyed to either a Conventional or Robotic Palletiser. At the start and end of the Line, AGV's can be incorporated to take raw materials to the line and to take full Pallets to a central storage area.
