OCME have a complete range of machines for soft drink filling and packing. Everything from depalletising/unscrambling for loose soft drink bottles through to filling and capping machines, packing machines and complete palletising solutions. OCME have followed a continuous program of development to ensure that we can offer the flexibility and speeds required from modern high speed filling lines.
 
Ranges of machines have been developed suitable for soft drink cans and PET & Glass bottles with crate handling if required.
 

At the start of the line we can offer unscrambling or Depalletising machines. Automatic Guided Vehicles can also be supplied to bring pallets to the Depalletisers from the warehouse.

Our HYDRA range of filler machines sit at the heart of the line. Special features of our soft drink filling machine guarantee accurate, reliable filling with very minimal changeovers.
Our VEGA range of shrinkwrappers offer speeds up to 100 packs per minute. Pack formats include tray and film, flat pad and film or film only.
 

Print registered film can be offered on all formats. Automatic film reel changeover is available to reduce operator presence. Servo drives and computer control is used together with many other features to reduce changeover times to a minimum.
 

Our ALTAIR range of wraparound packers is available for speeds up to 80 packs per minute. As with our shrinkwrappers, many features are used to reduce changeover times to a minimum.
 

For the best of both worlds, our Gemini range of machines have the ability to pack in either wraparound or shrinkwrap with all the same features of the individual machines.
 

At the end of line, high speed in line ORION Palletisers offer the speeds required by the most modern lines. At the lower speeds, conventional PERSEUS Palletisers are an economic alternative.

 
Latest generation Robotic PEGASUS Palletisers offer a flexible, economic option suitable for some applications. Payloads of up to 400Kg allow full layers to be picked in one go thereby achieving speeds to match modern Filling lines.
