![]() |
OCME have accumulated many years experience in the Tissue industry working with most of the major suppliers for toilet roll, kitchen roll and facial products palletising. Our expertise is in end of line handling taking product from the bundler/cartoner, conveying it to a Palletiser, through a stretchwrapper and in to the Warehouse via Automatic Guided Vehicles. We can offer systems ranging from a single Palletiser dedicated to one line right through to multi-machine systems integrating Pack Conveyors, Palletisers, Pallet Conveyors, Stretchwrappers and Automatic Guided Vehicles. |
| Different products require different solutions. OCME have the experience of working with all types of Tissue products including toilet rolls in display or bundles formats, kitchen rolls and boxed facial products. Product type, speed, layout and flexibility are just some of the factors that need to be considered when deciding between conventional Palletisers or Robotic Palletisers. | ![]() |

Robotic Palletisers represent one of the major developments in Palletising in the Tissue industry. Depending on the application, the Robot Head can grip either single bundles or a complete layer. Layer pads can be placed either on the empty Pallet, between the layers or on top of the full pallet. The Robot Head can also be used to place empty pallets in the loading position. |
| To reduce handling, storage and transportation costs, full pallets can be produced double stacked. Once the Full Pallet has been produced, either conventional conveyors or Automatic Guided Vehicles can be used to transport the pallet to a stretchwrapper and then on to the warehouse. The same Automatic Guided Vehicles can be used to feed the Palletiser with empty pallets. | ![]() |
